Booking Appointments

1. All appointments must be booked through our online system.

2. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

1. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may need to reschedule and pay an additional deposit.

Consultation Requirements

1. A mandatory consultation is required for all new clients to ensure eligibility for microblading.

2. Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications during your consultation.

Clients with Previous Microblading

1. Clients with previous microblading done by another artist will be charged as a retouch service.

2. Case-by-case evaluation: A consultation is required to assess the condition of your existing microblading and determine eligibility for touch-up or correction.

3. Please send clear photos of your current brows before booking, or schedule an in-person consultation.

4. If significant correction or additional work is needed, additional charges may apply.

5. No Microfeathering: Clients with previous microblading are not eligible for microfeathering services due to the existing pigment in the skin, which may affect the final results.

Pre-Appointment Guidelines

1. Avoid alcohol, topical medications and blood-thinning medications for 24 hours before your appointment.

2. Do not wax, thread, or tint your brows for at least one week prior.

3. Clients that are pregnant or nursing are not able to have cosmetic tattooing services. We do however offer organic brow and lash tint services.

Aftercare Instructions

1. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided after your session.

2. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect the final result and retention of pigment.

Health and Safety Protocols

1. We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards.

2. Clients feeling unwell should reschedule their appointment without penalty if notice is given promptly.

3. Only the client receiving the service may enter the treatment room unless otherwise approved.

Touch-Up Policy

1. A touch-up (second appointment) is mandatory within 6-8 weeks of the initial appointment.

2. Additional touch-ups after this period will incur a fee.

Refund Policy

1. All services are final, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Adjustments can be discussed during the touch-up session.

Studio Etiquette

1. Please arrive with clean skin and lashes, free of makeup.

2. No children or pets are allowed in the studio.

3. Respectful behavior is expected; disruptive clients may be asked to leave.
